Itsperfect is the first Fashion ERP system to launch an integrated Traceability module. This allows the entire production process to be mapped, from cotton plant to finished product in the warehouse. All steps are traceable and trackable. This helps brands prepare in advance for the regulatory requirements coming for the Digital Product Passport.
Each step in the supply chain can be recorded with a material and is automatically linked to the (CMT) purchase order. As a result, a lot of time can be saved, compared to third-party systems, when materials are used in multiple items. Per purchase order, authentication of the unique Supply Chain for each item ultimately takes place. This means, for example, that the origin of a Never Out Of Stock item in different purchase orders can always be traced. Through the integrated supplier portal, suppliers can log the production process themselves.

The Traceability module is available from today on the Itsperfect App Store for €250 per month. In addition, Itsperfect also offers a Sustainability module that allows you to manage and maintain Social Compliance Audits and scope and transaction certificates. The Sustainability module costs €130 per month. Both modules are only available when using Itsperfect’s ERP system.
